From signal to retained policy

One connected system, step by step.

Every stage is configurable, and every decision is recorded. Timings and values shown on this page are illustrative.

The eight stages.

  1. 01

    Configure

Define licensed states, product eligibility, carrier appointments, team schedules, opportunity caps, response SLAs, channel permissions, and suppression lists.

  2. 02

    Detect

Permitted coverage-transition, age-in, relocation, employer, and renewal signals are collected and scored for urgency and fit.

  3. 03

    Capture permission

The applicable disclosure, named recipient where required, channel permission, source, and timestamp are recorded before activation.

  4. 04

    Qualify

AI-assisted conversations establish timing, product interest, household or business context, and appointment readiness.

  5. 05

    Route

Eligibility is evaluated against state, product, appointment, capacity, and SLA rules before assignment to one licensed team.

  6. 06

    Convert

Follow-up, reply handling, reminders, appointment booking, warm transfer, and CRM delivery are coordinated with your producers.

  7. 07

    Prove

Source, policy decisions, communications, consent artifacts, and human overrides are preserved in an exportable record.

  8. 08

    Optimize

Outcome data feeds scoring, routing, cadence, and capacity settings so the system reflects what actually retains.

How agency settings affect routing.

Routing is the product of your configuration. Change a setting and the eligible pool changes with it.

SettingEffect on routing
Licensed statesRestricts which opportunities can be assigned to a producer.
Product eligibilityLimits assignment to products the team actually sells.
Carrier appointmentsBlocks routing where an appointment is missing.
Team schedulesRoutes only during hours your team can respond.
Opportunity capsPrevents overloading a producer beyond agreed volume.
Response SLAsReassigns or escalates when a response window is missed.
Channel permissionsControls which channels an agent may use per record.
Suppression listsRemoves contacts your agency has excluded from outreach.
